As the second party in this agreement, by accepting to benefit from the services of the website, you must commit to:

• Not to hack or circumvent the laws, policies, and regulations of the site or any rights relating to a third party.
• Not to copy the advertisement from The Stock website and republish it on other websites.
• Not to use any illegal methods to access advertisements or other users' data, violate the policy and rights of The Stock website, access the content of the website, gather and collect information and data about The Stock or the site's clients and to use it in any way or republish.
• Not to use our services if you are not legally eligible to enter this agreement.
• Not manipulate the prices of products either in selling or purchasing and not to harm other users.
• Not to post or publish false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory advertisements or comments.
• Not to subject to international policies, sovereignty of states and prestigious personalities or any discussions that are not related to legitimate sales and purchases on The Stock website.
• Not to sell media with exclusive rights to other websites, entities or individuals until the agreed license expires - TWO YEARS-.
• Not to violate copyright, trademarks, patents, advertisements, databases or other property or intellectual rights belonging to or licensed The Stock website and not to violate the rights of intellectual property, or patents of others.
• Not to promote to tobacco and smoking products; These goods expose you to a violation by the competent authorities.
• This service is prohibited to be used by any non-human user, except for non-human users of licensed companies used for research purposes.

Failure to comply with these terms gives The Stock website company the full right to withhold your membership and prevent you from accessing the website without prior notification and you here undertake not to return to use the website until the website agreed to this.

The Stock Website company provides the service of enabling the user to launch and place his products in accordance with the agreed usage policy and we do not provide any guarantees and do not have any liability in the event that the user does not comply with the policy of using the website and we do not bear the responsibility for any risk, damage, liabilities or losses to the seller, buyer or any other party. The Stock Website company will take action according to the case type without any responsibility.

The announcements, decisions, and directives of the administration and supervisors of the website are binding on the second party after communicating to them via messages about the website, mobile, e-mail or through the notification system, and must abide by and act accordingly.

The Stock platform has the right to promote all works and content uploaded to the Stock platform by Contributors and users for marketing purposes, whether on social media platforms directly or indirectly, with the aim of marketing and promoting the platform and Contributors.

Membership terms & procedures:

Membership is the user name that the person has registered on The Stock website and is linked to his mobile number and must be subject to the following conditions:

• A suitable name must be selected during the registration process.
• More than one membership on the website is prohibited for each person or entity.
• You must update your membership-related mobile number if you change or lose your mobile number.
• If your membership name contains a brand name or trademark, you must be the owner of the trademark or authorized to use the name or trademark.
• Selling, waiving or allowing the membership to be used by any other party are prohibited and the first member is responsible for any violations or legal responsibilities, both parties in the case of selling or waiving will be considered contrary to the usage policy at The Stock website and the Member is obliged not to share his membership information with anyone.

The Stock Website Company adheres to the use agreement and privacy of usage, but we are not a party to any dispute or issues arising between users for violating one or both to the usage agreement, but it seeks to strengthen the security aspect of the website in order to reduce and eliminate infringements by some users in the website in violation of the agreement, policy, privacy and terms of use in order to achieve the integrity of sale and purchase in addition to fighting fraud, cheating and deception in accordance with the laws, legislation and regulations applied in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Thus, Stock company website is entitled to take the necessary action against any individual, entity or company that violated the usage agreement, considering that the procedure may be up to legal and judicial prosecution before the relevant authorities.

 Here are the common violations and the necessary procedures to deal with:

The client is exposed to fraud, cheating and deception by another party: the client must inform the competent security authorities. The client must fill out the complaint form on our contact webpage. The website administration will review the complaint and investigate the defendant client and will take the necessary action against him if it is confirmed that he has violated the usage agreement.

The website will not be a party to such cases and will not bear any responsibility, but we will provide what we have to the relevant authorities if requested officially.

State Policy or Sovereignty Infringement: pictures will be deleted; subscriber membership will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.

In the case of promoting any prohibited goods: the concerned media will be documented and archived, the membership will be suspended and the competent authorities will be notified.

If an individual, entity or company illegally penetrates or uses the means of collecting illegal data or any means whatsoever to access the website content, programming, databases or information and data that belongs to the website's clients to copy, republish or benefit from the content in any way, The Stock website will go to the competent authorities to sue the other party for electronic penetration and the crime of violating the information systems of crimes.

If an individual, entity or company copies content from The Stock website to another website, The Stock website will go to the competent authorities to sue and prosecute the other party for trespassing.

The property, intellectual property, or third-party patent Infringement:

If you believe that one of your rights has been infringed, you must fill out the infringement complaint form and provide proof of infringement in the published content.

The Stock website company will review, study and verify the complaint and take the necessary action according to the result.

You should go to the competent and related authorities if you wish to sue the party that has attacked your rights, considering that The Stock website will not be a party in the the case and is not responsible for it and we are not responsible for it and we will not bear any responsibility.

If the second party falsely evaluates another member, the two members will be suspended and prevented from using the website if cooperation between them is found and action will be taken for any consequences that have occurred as a result of this evaluation.

Defamation and privacy violation: The client must fill out the complaint form, the website administration will review the complaint and investigate the defendant client and the necessary action will be taken against him. If it is confirmed that he has violated the usage agreement, the client who has suffered the harm will go to the relevant authorities to introduce the complaint.

The Stock website will not be a party to such cases and assumes no responsibility, but we will provide the necessary data to the relevant authorities if requested officially.

Infringement: If a client is Infringed by another client, they must notify the website and the complaint will be reviewed and the appropriate action will be taken.

Returns and Exchange: There is no return or exchange for any content or package purchased through The Stock.

Warranty: The Stock does not gurantee that the purchased content will suit your requirements nor that the quality of the content will meet your requirements. The client bears full responsibility as the quality and perfomnace of the content is as it appears in the website.

Offers and Discounts: In the case of having a discount or an offer on The Stock, Both the Contributors and The Stock will tolerate and sustain the discount percentage equally.

Detailed terms and conditions of licenses usage:

Royalty-free license:

• When you purchase a Royalty-free license, others will be able to purchase and use the same product.
• You may use the product as hard copies which include: books, business cards, magazines, newspapers... etc., not to exceed 200,000 copies in total.
• You may use the product in external promotional campaigns such as billboards, street furniture... etc. not to exceed a total of 200,000 shows.
• You may use the product for commercially within the scale of selected times of impressions that bought from platform.
• You may use the product in a film, TV series, commercials, or any visual production regardless of the size of the audience, but the production budget does not exceed 100,000 SAR.

Managed Rights License:

• When you purchase a managed rights license, no one will be able to purchase the product and we will remove it directly from the website for two years and it should not be sold or republished on any platform.
• There is no limit to the electronic use of the product until the license expires - TWO YEARS-
• You may use the product as hard copies which include: books, business cards, magazines, newspapers with total of 500,000 copies during the TWO-YEAR license period.
• You may use the product in external promotional campaigns such as billboards, street furniture in total that should not exceed 500,000 shows during the TWO-YEAR license period.
• You may use the product in a film, TV series, commercials, or any visual production regardless of the size of the audience during the license period - TWO YEARS-

Unlimited License:

The Stock has the right to sell unlimited usage of times and period license for clients in the best interest for contributors & The Stock.
